Data Deletion Process

Instructions for deleting your app account:

  1. Navigate to Parent Space: Locate and click on the "Parent Space" tab or icon in the top menu bar
     

  2. Access Settings: Once in the Parent Space, locate the "Settings" option. This is represented by a gear icon. Click on it to proceed.
     

  3. Initiate Account Deletion: Within the Settings menu, find and select the "Delete Account" option.
     

  4. Follow On-screen Instructions: Upon selecting "Delete Account," you will be presented with on-screen instructions guiding you through the account deletion process. Follow these instructions carefully to complete the deletion process.

Please note that deletion requests typically require a processing time of 7 days from the date of submission.
